General Terms of Service

1. Scope and service provider
These General Terms govern the services offered by Aven Labs (VAT no. IT04209500042, hereinafter "Aven Labs"): on one hand, software design, development and maintenance services (websites, applications, integrations, automations and software products); on the other, the paid analysis service delivered through the website. Submitting a request through the contact form, accepting a quote or purchasing the paid analysis implies acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
2. Software development services
Aven Labs provides custom software development, technology consulting, systems integration and its own software products (such as Easyfatt Sync). The specific scope, timeline and fees of each project are defined in the relevant quote or agreement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
3. Paid analysis service
Through the /analisi journey you can purchase a bespoke digital analysis and consulting service, available in two packages. "Analisi completa" (Complete analysis, €49) includes a detailed, personalised written report on your specific case, concrete figures and priorities, a step-by-step action plan and a reply by email within 48 business hours of receiving your data. "Percorso strategico" (Strategic path, €149) includes everything in the Complete analysis, plus a one-to-one strategy call of about 30 minutes, a tailored operational plan with cost estimates and a written follow-up after the call. This is a bespoke intellectual analysis and consulting service, not the supply of a finished software product.
4. Quotes, payments and timelines (development services)
For development services, quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payments follow the schedule set out in the accepted quote. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on project complexity and on how promptly the client provides materials, access and feedback.
5. Payment and delivery of the paid analysis
Payment for the analysis packages is made online via Stripe; prices are shown in euro on the purchase page. After payment, the client provides the required data (including the requested company and tax details) through the dedicated form: delivery of the service begins upon receipt of that data. For the Complete analysis, the reply is normally provided within 48 business hours of receiving the data; for the Strategic path, the call is scheduled with the client. Aven Labs issues the relevant tax documentation.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The analysis service is a personalised digital consulting service that begins upon receipt of the client's data. If you are a consumer, by requesting immediate start of the service after payment you consent to performance before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is completed. Where the service has not yet started, or is not delivered due to reasons attributable to Aven Labs, the amount paid will be refunded. For any refund request, write to info@aven-labs.com. (This clause is to be legally validated against the applicable consumer legislation.)
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom-developed source code is transferred to the client upon full payment of the agreed fee. The reports and materials of the paid analysis are intended for the client's internal use. Libraries, reusable components, pre-existing know-how, analysis methodologies and Aven Labs' own software products remain the property of Aven Labs and are licensed for use. Materials provided by the client remain the client's property, and the client warrants their ownership.
8. Client obligations
The client undertakes to promptly provide the information, content and access required to perform the services, to review deliverables within a reasonable time, and to use software and materials in compliance with applicable law. The client is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data and content provided.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
Aven Labs undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence and to remedy reported conformity defects. The paid analysis provides professional recommendations but does not guarantee specific economic results, which also depend on external factors. To the extent permitted by law, Aven Labs' aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the disputed service and excludes indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data not attributable to wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Personal data
Personal data collected through this website and in the performance of the services is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on this website and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Product-specific privacy notices apply to software products where available.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place where Aven Labs is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction where applicable. For any request, write to info@aven-labs.com.
